Challenge yourself and be part of our ‘Big Steps Challenge’ from the 1st to 30th June.

Whether it’s taking the dog for a walk, being outdoors with the kids or even having your favourite audiobook on the go – all your steps will count towards the Big Steps Challenge.

And why not get a group of family, friends or work colleagues together to collectively support your favourite youth charity.

According to the NHS, the average British person only walks between 3,000 to 4,000 steps a day, rather than the recommended 10,000 steps.

We are challenging you to walk 12,000 steps a day for the month of June and raise a minimum of £400 for The Change Foundation in the process.
