KAYAK DOWN THE THAMES CHALLENGE

Take on this unique Change Foundation challenge of tackling a 25-mile stretch of the Thames on this day long kayaking and rowing challenge. Starting in Greenwich, you will kayak in pairs to Hammersmith Bridge, led by professional British Canoeing guides.

At Hammersmith you will transfer to traditional Thames’ wherry style rowing boats in teams of four, with British Rowing coaches, to complete your journey to Richmond. No previous experience in boats is needed and all equipment is provided. Numbers are strictly limited but the fun and sense of achievement is not!

You will then finish up at the wonderful White Swan in Twickenham, where you will be able to celebrate in style at this waterside hostelry, which is regularly voted one of London’s top ten pubs.

There is a sign-up fee of £150 and a minimum fundraising target of £400.
