What better way to celebrate the achievements of our young people than by bringing everyone together for an evening filled with music, food, laughter, and plenty of reasons to be proud?
This summer, The Change Foundation welcomed over 70 young people from across our programmes to our annual Summer Ball at 8 Bishopsgate, creating a special evening dedicated to celebrating everything they have achieved.
the evening was a chance to recognise the journeys of our young people and the progress they have made. From building confidence and developing new skills to forming friendships and embracing new opportunities, there was plenty to celebrate.
And, of course, no celebration would be complete without music. Keeping the energy high throughout the evening was our very own alumni DJ Pebz, who brought the vibe and had everyone enjoying the dance floor. Having DJ Pebz, a former participant, return to celebrate alongside the young people made the evening even more special.
Alongside the music, our young people enjoyed delicious food, great company, and the chance to simply relax and celebrate together. For many, a real highlight of the Ball was bringing together people from across The Change Foundation community, connecting people who might not otherwise meet, celebrating shared experiences and achievements, and creating a real sense of belonging. It was a wonderful reminder of what makes The Change Foundation so special: bringing people together and celebrating one another.
The Summer Ball was a celebration of the determination, resilience, and potential of the young people at the heart of everything we do.
We are incredibly proud of every participant who joined us and all that they have achieved. As we look ahead to the rest of the year, we can’t wait to see what they go on to accomplish next.
