Why it’s needed
Young mothers are at higher risk of isolation, poor mental health and reduced access to employment. Many young mothers tell us they feel invisible and disconnected from opportunity.

Impact
Weekly sessions provide safe spaces for physical activity, healing and peer support. Participants rebuild body confidence, improve mental wellbeing and form supportive networks. The programme helps young mothers feel stronger, more connected and better equipped to create positive futures for themselves and their families.
