London Futures supports adults with disabilities, aged 18–30, to build sustainable careers and confident, independent lifestyles.

Why it’s needed
Disabled adults face an employment rate of 52%, compared with 81% for non-disabled adults in the UK. Many report, “I want to work, but no one will give me a chance.”

Impact
The programme combines weekly sport and activity-based sessions with employability training, coaching, and employer engagement. Participants gain confidence, transferable skills, and access to inclusive workplaces. Employers receive guidance to create supportive environments. The programme transforms aspiration into opportunity, enabling participants to secure meaningful employment while developing independence and life skills.
