TCF Big Step Challenge

Welcome to The Change Foundation New Year Big Step Challenge.

We are challenging YOU to WALK 12,000 steps a day for the month of MARCH and raise a minimum of £250 for The Change Foundation in the process.  

According to the NHS, the average British person only walks between 3,000 to 4,000 steps a day, rather than the recommended 10,000 steps.

This challenge is a GREAT way to stay CONNECTED and feel part of a group. All participants will be able to track daily steps to keep motivated and collectively strive to hit the combined fundraising target of £5,000 for The Change Foundation.
