Please join us for a private screening of the film Desert Dancer in aid of Dance4Change, part of The Change Foundation.

Venue Details: The Institute of Contemporary Arts, The Mall, St James, London SW1Y 5AH

Date: Monday 6th February 2017

Time: 7pm-11pm

Desert Dancer (UK15) tells the inspirational, true story of Afshin Ghaffarian, who risks everything to set up a dance company in Iran, where public dancing is strictly forbidden. Directed by Richard Raymond, starring Freida Pinto and Reece Ritchie, and choreographed by Akram Khan, this film is testament to the power of dance and the resilience of human spirit.

We really hope you can support this fundraising event and join us for a drink before and after the screening to learn about the vital work that Dance4Change does to promote positive change in the lives of young women and girls at risk of social isolation, many of whom are transitioning from the care system.

Tickets for the evening are £40 and all net proceeds will go to support the work of Dance4Change. Please use the link below to make payment. NB: Please make payments on a desktop or laptop device.

If you are unable to join us, perhaps you could make a donation to support the Dance4Change programme. Please click on the link below to make a donation.
