More nomination success for Dance for Change
Dance for Change is delighted to announce that it has shortlisted for a Beyond Sport Community Award as ‘Best New Project 2014’.
Fresh from its success in winning the London 2012 Diversity and Inclusion Award 2014 (as part of The Beyond Sport Leadership Series), Dance for Change was shortlist selected from over 350 entries and spanning more than 70 countries across the globe, represents the outstanding work being done to celebrate the use of sport for positive social change.
Jim Fletcher, Dance for Change Programme Director is delighted with the news, “This is is thrilling news indeed and testimony to those from the Change Foundation team who have contributed so willingly to the on going development of Dance for Change”.
All nominated initiatives will be invited to the Beyond Sport Summit 2014 (28-30th October), where the winners will be announced.

eHoops – Sport Changes Life (Ireland);
Kick out Corruption – L.A.C.E.S (Liberia)
Promoting LifeSkills in Aboriginal Youth – The PLAY Sport for Development Project – MLSE Foundation and Right To Play Canada (Canada)
